Please Note: All orders placed within the State of New Jersey will have 6% sales tax added to the order.

When ordering personalized items please allow approximately one week in addition to the normal shipping time.

Special Order Instructions:

When you want to order more than one of the same item where there are purchase options, each different order has to be placed into your shopping basket separately.

For example:

If you want to purchase two dolls from our baby gift section, order the first one leaving the "1" in the quantity section.
Proceed and complete the information on the child's name and birth date or christening date. Click on "Continue Shopping".
Click on the doll again to order the 2nd doll.
Then proceed and complete the information on name and date for that doll.

If you want to purchase decorated slates from our new home section, you will see that there is a choice of four different slates. If you want two of the same kind, place a "2" in the quantity section and choose the slate decoration option for both.
But if you want one "Pineapple Welcome" and one "Welcome to the Lake", each order has to be placed separately. Leave the "1" in the quantity section and choose the "Pineapple Welcome" selection. Click on "Continue Shopping" to select another choice of slate. Leave the "1" in the quantity section and choose the "Welcome to the Lake" selection.

Framed Wedding Invitations:

If you have a wedding, anniversary or other invitation that you would like to have framed, place your order and then mail us the invitation. We will frame it and return it to you. Allow 4-5 weeks since we have to wait for the invitation to reach us before we can fill your order.

We ship by DHL ground to any place in the continental US.

There will be an additional shipping charge for all international orders. Please call or e-mail for a quote.

Addresses to post office boxes have to be mailed through the US Postal Service and may take longer.

Due to the unique and personal nature of your order, you should receive in stock items within one week from the time you place your order. You can always call or e-mail us to check on the status of your order.

Most of our gifts are placed in a gift box and wrapped with ribbon and bow with our seal on the box.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied, you can return any item for a full refund. Please call us (toll-free) at (877) 769-2954 if you wish to return an item.

Because we are always trying to improve, please tell us what the problem was so we can evaluate the need for any changes in future orders of that item.
